Academic Overview Reports
A Detailed Insight into Development
Part of the ethos of Oracle Educate is the belief in the individuality of each of our students. Our Academic Overview service provides detailed feedback about the progress of each student across all areas of their development, enabling us to structure and plan comprehensive support. This meticulous approach has led to exceptional development in our students, whose growth is pathed, mapped and encouraged by our tutors.
Initial Assessments
Students will be sent a number of tests for completion within specific time parameters. These are not only subject based, though these are included. Our comprehensive tests map reasoning skills, literacy and numeracy fluency, and also provide detailed feedback on learning style and information retention.
A Detailed Report
Once the tests have been completed and returned, they will be marked by our mentoring department. Each student is provided with a specific mentor, who will provide a meticulous feedback report; this includes current attainment across all subject areas, areas for development, preferred learning style and a literacy and numeracy report.
Planning for Growth
Once this report has been received, a tailored plan will be drawn up for each student. A predictive attainment level is ascertained from the data gathered, and the mentor will carefully map the support they can provide to ensure this growth is manifested.
Ongoing Support
At this point, Oracle Educate will offer a range of options depending on the specific stage of development of each student. This includes matching each student with a number of tutors, who can best support them in the areas highlighted for improvement.
