Every one of our tutors is an Oxford or Cambridge graduate, with over five years’ experience in the education sector and an Enhanced DBS check, giving them exceptional insight into the application process. Our founder, Francis Gush, was himself educated at Oxford University. Each student is matched with a tutor from their subject area, and our tutors are available globally online and in-person in London.
College Choice
Both universities are made up of individual colleges, and choosing where to apply can feel daunting. Our tutors share their first-hand experience of collegiate life and help students weigh up the factors that matter most to them, so that they can make a confident, well-informed choice.
Admissions Tests
Many Oxford and Cambridge courses require applicants to sit an admissions test. Our tutors help students understand what their test involves, build the skills it assesses and develop strong examination technique, supported by our mock examination service, which simulates the test environment.
Written Work
Some courses ask applicants to submit examples of written work as part of their application. Our tutors offer guidance on selecting suitable pieces and help students prepare to discuss their work with confidence, should it be raised at interview.
Interviews
Our tutors provide guidance as to possible and likely content for the interviews, assisting their students with preparation for these questions. Super-Curricular Reading
Genuine engagement with a subject beyond the school syllabus is central to a strong application. Our tutors recommend reading and wider exploration tailored to each student’s interests, and help them reflect critically on what they have read, so that they can discuss it with insight in their personal statement and at interview.

Individual educational assessments, enabling us to ascertain particular strengths and weaknesses, areas for improvement and development and providing the basis for school placement and examination goals.
A mock examination service, which prepares students for specific examinations including A Level and Oxford and Cambridge admissions tests. This service simulates the test environment, and allows us to aid students in their examination technique, strategies and preparation.
