A Structured Approach

Initial consultation

We provide a free initial consultation with our Lead Tutor, ensuring we understand your child’s needs and how we can best help them thrive.

Assessment

Once the consultation is complete, we will provide materials for an initial assessment, helping us develop an individual learning program for each student.

Finding the Right Match

After the assessment we will match your child to the tutor best suited to help them develop.

Trial Lesson

Once a free training session for both student and parent has been complete on the use of our online platforms a trial lesson will then be arranged. If the pairing doesn’t seem right, we will always rematch our students to someone they feel can best help them.

Ongoing Support

We continue to monitor both sides of the learning relationship; communicating with both parent and tutor, ensuring that our individual learning program is being implemented effectively.

Monthly Reviews

Each month parents will receive a detailed review of their child’s progress, along with assessment materials and projected targets for the coming month.

Here to talk

At Oracle Educate, clear communication is paramount. Each parent will have direct contact with their tutor, as well as to the Lead Tutor to ensure direct communication is always possible.

We also schedule weekly phone calls from our Founder to ensure parents are happy and confident in their child’s progress.
